How I cook with bacon

Pork belly is fatty, so for bean soup without potatoes I fry it in a dry pan until golden, rendering out as much fat as I can. Pan-fried potatoes with pork and onion cook over fairly high heat without a lid, and pasta carbonara with bacon takes 30 minutes.
