How I cook zucchini
I make zucchini caviar two ways: for the store-bought style caviar the rounds are fried in a little oil first, and for the ready-to-serve caviar I don’t fry them at all. Zucchini pancakes with cheese bake in the oven without oil in 30 minutes.
